From Pujas to Parties: A Weekend of Love in Austin
Surabhi and Archit's vibrant Austin, Texas wedding was a stunning celebration, gathering 350 guests from across the U.S. and India. The weekend began with intimate family pujas and haldi ceremonies at home, followed by a Mehndi night at Vuka. The festive Sangeet at Fair Market Austin was filled with the couple’s favorite street foods like pani puri, bhel puri, and Indo-Chinese, along with a fun food truck experience featuring Amy's Ice Cream. The event came to life with beautiful decor by Mandap Creations and delicious catering by Laxmi Catering.
On Saturday, the couple, passionate about coffee, wanted to enhance their wedding experience with a delightful latte bar hosted by Brooklynd’s Coffee. This creative touch allowed guests to enjoy custom coffee drinks, adding a cozy and personal element to the celebration. The fusion ceremony showcased Maharashtrian and Gujarati traditions at Celebrino Event Center. Despite a bit of rain, the groom’s energetic baraat set the tone for the day. The boho-themed ceremony dazzled in vibrant colors of orange, pink, yellow, and sunrise hues, highlighted by a stunning mandap from Mandap Creations.
The evening reception at Fairmont Austin was elegantly decorated in whites and greenery, featuring a beautiful ceiling treatment above the checkered dance floor. Guests enjoyed a delectable meal prepared by Curry Kitchen and sweet treats from Sweet Treets Bakery. Entertainment was lively, with music by DJ Prince Sharma id DesiJunction Djs and captivating performances from SAPS Entertainment’s robot dancers. The entire celebration was beautifully captured by AMA by Aisha, with videography by Vellora Productions.
